SELA Drainage Campaign

The Sheriff and Human Resources Director for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office were having difficulties recruiting new applicants. They needed help with branding and advertising job openings for various departments at
the JPSO. L&S developed a campaign centered around a community call to action, including a new jobs website, billboards, ads, TV commercials and social media. We the used these new tools to specifically target key audiences and demographics with our message to drive them to the new website. The result was a large applicant pool, from which JPSO was able to fill their job openings. It was also the beginning of a campaign effort that would allow the Sheriff’s Office to fill job openings for years to come. The success in recruiting for the Human Resources Departmental so lead to L&S working on a campaign to recruit reserve officers.
