For over 40 years LeBlanc and Schuster (L&S) has taken the personal approach to meeting the needs of our clients. LeBlanc and Schuster is a public relations and advertising agency that prides itself on successfully taking a project from concept development to implementation. L&S has extensive background in marketing and public relations, with a focus on governmental agencies, public awareness campaigns, political campaigns, tourism, education, and issue referendums.
